Cologne is designed for the way we live today. We have a high level of stress, and research shows that taking a nap reduces stress and increases general wellbeing. To this end, Cologne is designed for you to take a nap, yet simultaneously it meets the differing behaviour of people, who lie down and watch their laptop, tablet or smartphone. Cologne has a backrest, and the seat depth is made such that you can sit cross-legged and use your laptop. It is also possible to simply sit on Cologne and use the backrest for lumbar support.
